Are these cookbooks or travel books?
They bring together food stories, cultural context and travel guidance. Selected entries include ingredients and preparation methods; others focus on where and how to encounter the dish.
Can I buy Kindle and paperback editions?
Yes. Every book in the collection has separate Kindle and paperback links to Amazon.co.uk.
Do I need to read the books in order?
Each volume explores its own region. Start with the destination or food tradition that interests you most.
How do the sample pages work?

How is site activity measured?
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand visits and page performance. Separate daily counters measure Amazon-link clicks, sample openings and trailer plays by book or format. These counters do not store names, email addresses, IP addresses, cookies or visitor identifiers. They respect your browser’s Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control settings.
